Today Netstats detected an outage to Rogers landline customers in Campbellton, New Brunswick:

Campbellton is a city of approximately 7,000 residents, so an outage of 1,500+ customers would certainly impact a large percentage of the total population. We saw dozens of individual networks going down simultaneously:

Unfortunately, Downdetector didn’t pick up on this outage at all, even though they have a page dedicated to Rogers services in the city:
